(After you sign a Contract for Sale and Purchase to buy a new home and before your closing)

I. THOU SHALT NOT use credit cards

II. THOU SHALT NOT make any major purchases(such as a car, furniture, etc.)

III. THOU SHALT NOT change, quit or jeopardize thy current job. If mortgage is bond, or government assistance, thou salt not change thy income prior to closing.

IV. THOU SHALT NOT be able to provide documentation for any large deposits made into thy bank accounts.

V. THOU SHALT work diligently in paying off any collection, judgments and late payments in order to get mortgage approval.

VI. THOU SHALT NOT be late with any payments, including rent, utilities and all credit card and installment loans.

VII. THOU SHALT take care of all paperwork from the mortgage company, builder or sales office (if having a new home built) in a prompt manner. Verily, if thou dost not, delays will surely result.

VIII. THOU SHALT be patient with the requests of the lender (and builder and sales office) and shall cooperate in the efforts of others working to gain your mortgage approval.

IX. THOU SHALT NOT change thy marital status without first consulting thy lender and REALTOR®

X. THOU SHALT remember that purchasing a new home is one of the best things thou canst do for thyself and thy family ' and though shalt enjoy the experience!
